This is very important for us to provide safe and effective treatment. The information you provide will be added to your records. These will be treated as confidential in accordance with GDPR. If you wish, you may request a copy of your notes, but you may be charged an administration fee for this.

To accurately diagnose your problem, a full examination will take place, this will usually involve a postural assessment, and movement examination. It is also necessary to feel the tone of the muscles and quality of movement in the joints. Consent will always be requested and explanations of the different aspect of examination will be given throughout. If you feel uncomfortable with any part of this, you have the right to ask to stop or change what we are doing at any stage, we will always try to suit the needs of the patient.
